Slimes are packaged in leak proof tubs and shipped in padded envelopes or boxes (dependant on quantity ordered).
Slime can be affected by the temperatures its exposed to during transit therefore it should be expected that it may arrive a little sticky or tough after leaving us. If this occurs we are here to help repair the slime back to its original state!
When you receive your slime we advise poking it with a finger before removing it from the container to ensure it is not melted to prevent it sticking to hands, clothes or furniture. If its sticky; please use activator prior to use by following the slime care sheet provided.

Don’t forget to close it back in it’s container or an air tight container when your done so it doesn't dry out.

Where do you ship to?Unfortunately we currently only ship within Ireland due to tightened EU and USA customs resulting in previous packages being returned.

What if my slime arrives too sticky?Slime can become sticky especially in hot weather or if it has been sitting for a long time, this is unavoidable but fixable. Slime consistency can also change from exposure to various temperatures. This is more common for fluffy slimes therefore we supply a sachet of slime activator to be used if the slime arrives a loose/sticky consistency. The activator will return the slime to a stretchy playable fluffy slime again. Be careful not to use too much or you slime may get hard.

What if my slime arrives too rubbery?This can occur if slime is exposed to cooler temperatures.If this occurs; the slime can be repaired by adding hand cream or vegetable glycerin (found in baking section of most supermarkets) and kneading the slime until it loosens to the desired consistency. NOTE: do not add lotion to clear slime as it will make it foggy

Do you offer custom slimes?Yes! We are always happy to try and accomodate a custom request for a slime design. You can request a slime from our current range in a different colour/scent or else suggest a new theme for us to design for you! Please note that this may entail additional processing time if we need to order themed sprinkles/charms we currently dont stock.
